Google Review: We had a catastrophic tire failure on our RAV4 at I-70 hear Russell Kansas. We were heading to Junction City to pick up our grandkids so I found Little Apple Cars online while waiting for the AAA folk to come and put on the spare. I called and got Mike in parts and he was able to get a new tire ordered for me and it would arrive the next day. I called the next morning and confirmed it was on schedule and talked to Jake in Service. He said to that their truck typically came in around 2pm, so be here at 2 and they would try to squeeze me in as they were booked for the whole day. I got there at 2pm and Damian took my service request and worked with the Toyota dealer back in Denver to get the warranty worked out. These tires were bought at Groove Toyota so they were covered under the Toyota road hazard warranty. They got the tire changed out, the spare put away, and the TPMS reset and I was on my way around 5pm. The staff in parts and service were courtious and handled my service excellently. If I lived in the area, I would not hesitate to take my cars to them.
